We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Applied AI Product Director to join our Innovation, UK team. This role is located in London, UK.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead key strategic initiatives in the planning, analysis, implementation, integration, and measurement of business development projects for the line of business
• Provide recommendations on strategic direction for the line of business
• Deliver solutions and recommendations for complex business initiatives where analysis requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives
• Partner with business line managers to design short-, medium-, and long-term operational improvements
• Develop and ensure the execution of the operational/business strategy to improve processes, productivity, and efficiency, and reduce costs for the business area
• Utilize comprehensive and in-depth knowledge across multiple disciplines to achieve project objectives
• Guide and consult with teams during the strategic planning process
• Advise teams on strategy and process decisions, as needed
• Execute the operational/business strategy and related activities for the line of business
• Stay current on contemporary concepts in business strategy and management and apply them to develop innovative solutions and transformation plans and roadmaps

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
• Advanced degree preferred
• Experience in the securities or financial services industry preferred
