The
Role
We
are seeking a powerhouse Head of Group Sales to drive corporate, event, and
group business (13+ guests) across our expanding UK estate. You will lead,
recruit, and mentor a team of dedicated onsite Sales Managers across our 4 UK
venues.
This
role requires a heavy hitter with a sophisticated corporate network who
understands how to optimize high-volume, multi-room spaces of varying sizes.
You will bridge the gap between London City corporate demands and regional
market dynamics, working closely with Operations, Marketing, and Tech to
maximize yield, optimize capacity, and build an industry-leading sales engine.
Key
Responsibilities
- Pipeline & Network Leveraging: Actively
deploy your extensive corporate "black book" and network of
agency partners to secure high-value buyouts, large-scale corporate
bookings, and repeat business.
- Capacity & Yield Management:
Strategically manage venue capacity, designing creative sales approaches
to fill multiple rooms of varying sizes simultaneously across both peak
and off-peak periods.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate,
and set KPIs for venue-based Sales Managers, fostering a high-performance
culture focused on conversion and outbound generation.
- Process Optimization: Own the end-to-end
sales funnel—from lead generation to seamless execution—and continuously
refine CRM processes (Triple Seat) for maximum efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with
Venue General Managers, Marketing, and Operations to align sales
strategies with the promotional calendar, maximizing traffic and ensuring
flawless event delivery.
- Commercial Reporting: Analyze local and
national market data to forecast trends, track KPIs, and produce monthly
commercial trading packs for the executive leadership team.

agencies, with a proven track record of converting relationships into
revenue.

fast-paced environments, understanding how to balance guest experience
with maximum spatial yield in large, multi-faceted entertainment hubs.
- An Inspiring Mentor: You are a self-starter
with high emotional intelligence, capable of motivating regional and city
teams to smash their targets.
- Analytical & Sharp: Highly organized, an
innovative thinker, and proficient in leveraging CRM tools and sales data
to spot market opportunities.
Qualifications
and Experience
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years of B2B/B2C
sales leadership experience, specifically tracking over £10M+ in annual
event revenue within high-volume entertainment venues, upscale
hospitality, or premium hotel groups.
- Geographic Expertise: Proven experience
successfully driving sales strategy within both London City and regional
UK markets outside of London.
- Multi-Site Oversight: Experience managing
sales operations across multiple locations simultaneously.
- Tech Savvy: Deep familiarity with event
management software (experience with Triple Seat is highly advantageous).
